EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: all persons who wish to market Our websites using email must first request approval before sending any emails. Any attempts to market our websites using email without approval shall result in termination of Your account and forfeiture of any monies earned.

Definition of SPAM:

Any unsolicited advertising including, but not limited to, email, newsgroups, IRC posts or instant messaging clients. Some examples of SPAM include: Any non-verifiable non-opt-in emailing. Bulk emailing to persons listed on an email address lead list. Using 3rd party bulk email services. Posting of commercial messages in Newsgroups. Unsolicited messages through any media, including chat rooms and instant messages is considered SPAM.

Acceptable Emails

The ONLY acceptable email addresses are DOUBLE OPT-IN. A Double Opt-In email address is one where the recipient requested to be on the list and then confirmed via email that they made the request. If the email is from a party other than the party to which the recipient communicated such consent, the recipient must have been given clear and conspicuous notice at the time the consent was communicated that the recipient's email address could be transferred to such other party for the purpose of initiating commercial email messages. DO NOT send email to anyone who has not made a verifiable request for information.

No False or Misleading Header Information

Header information must be technically accurate, which includes the true and correct originating email address, domain name, or Internet Protocol address. Additionally, the 'from' line must accurately identify the person who initiated the message, and should not be false or misleading. Further, header information must identify accurately the computer used to initiate the message and must not utilize relaying or retransmitting of messages for purpose of disguising its origin.

Email Body (Brown Paper Wrapper)

The body of the email must not contain sexually explicit material in the "Brown Paper Wrapper" section. The "Brown Paper Wrapper" refers to the opening portion of the e-mail that is immediately visible to the recipient without scrolling. Sexually explicit material can be displayed beneath the "brown paper wrapper" area of the email message or may be accessible by clicking on a text link. Additionally, the "Brown Paper Wrapper" area must indicate that the message itself is an advertisement or solicitation, and contain an e-mail address that the recipient can reply to declining any further commercial e-mail messages from the sender (opt-out link).
